- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Cabbage large, leaves separated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Spoon the beef mixture into cabbage leaves and wrap them up.
