Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides or in a pita bread.
