  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
  3. 3. Once the rice is cooked, divide it into two bowls.
  4. 4. Top each bowl with the spicy tuna mixture.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
