- 2 racks St Louis style pork ribs
- ¼ cup paprika
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C).
Mix paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
Cook for 2.5 hours, then remove the foil and brush with BBQ sauce.
Cook for another 30 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.
Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
