Main Ingredients
- 2 racks St Louis style pork ribs
- ¼ cup paprika
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C). 
- Mix paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. 
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs. 
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill. 
- Cook for 2.5 hours, then remove the foil and brush with BBQ sauce. 
- Cook for another 30 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce every 10 minutes. 
- Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
