  • 1 lb Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 unit Tomato sliced
  • 1 unit Lettuce leaf
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. 3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices.
  5. 5. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  6. 6. Layer the steak slices, tomato, and lettuce on one slice of bread, then top with the other slice.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
