Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ cup Warm water
Filling
- 1 cup Barbecue pork, diced
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Mix barbecue pork, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in another bowl.
4. Divide dough into small balls, flatten each ball, and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Seal the edges.
5. Place buns in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
