Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef lean
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Bell Peppers diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the cooked rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
