- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 4 pieces tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken strips to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine honey and sriracha sauce. Pour over the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Assemble the wraps by placing shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on each tortilla. Add the cooked chicken strips on top.
Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
