- 1 lb Beef sirloin, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 8 Tortillas
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced beef and cook until browned.
Add the diced bell peppers and onion, and cook until softened.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture and let it melt.
