Ingredients 

Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Sandwich Assembly

  • 8 slices Bread
  • 4 leaves Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread.
  3. Top with lettuce leaves and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
