Chicken Salad
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup Celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Sandwich Assembly
- 8 slices Bread
- 4 leaves Lettuce
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread.
Top with lettuce leaves and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
