  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup Tequila
  • ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
