- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup Tequila
- ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
