Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped for garnish
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add beef cubes to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your liking.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
