Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 500 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 pieces tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup julienned carrots

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing some chicken, lettuce, and carrots on each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
