Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble the wraps by placing some chicken, lettuce, and carrots on each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
