  • ¼ cup mirin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  4. 4. Cook the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook until it thickens.
  6. 6. Serve the pork chops with the thickened sauce.
