Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 head lettuce, leaves separated
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the bell pepper and carrot, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stir to combine.
  6. Serve the mixture in lettuce leaves, topped with fresh cilantro.
