Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder cut into thin strips
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Coconut milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garlic, and coconut milk.
  2. 2. Add pork strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
