- 500 g Ground Pork
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ground black pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into small patties and thread them onto skewers.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the skewers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
