  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 sheet Nori cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, flake the cooked salmon with a fork.
  4. 4. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha to the bowl. Mix well.
  5. 5. Serve the salmon mixture in bowls. Top with nori pieces and sesame seeds.
