  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers drained and sliced
  • 4 pieces Bread Rolls split
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is grilling, toast the bread rolls on the grill pan until golden brown.
  5. 5. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread rolls.
  6. 6. Slice the grilled chicken breasts and place them on the bread rolls.
  7. 7. Top with roasted red peppers and shredded lettuce.
  8. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
