Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls sliced in half
  • 2 cups Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 cup Sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each bolillo roll.
  3. 3. Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, queso fresco, and jalapeños on top of the beans.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each bolillo roll and place it on top of the sandwich.
  5. 5. Grill the sandwiches on the preheated grill pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bread is toasted and the fillings are warmed through.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
