  • 1 lb Skirt Steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 pieces Limes cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. 3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  4. 4. Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the sliced steak on the tortillas and topping with chopped onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
