- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 slices Bread, toasted
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
Pour cheese sauce over toasted bread and serve immediately.
