Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 piece Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
