Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and chopped cilantro.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the tuna mixture on each tortilla, then topping with the cabbage mixture.
