  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Black Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
