  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
