Marinade
- 500 g Pork shoulder thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemongrass finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, combine fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemongrass, garlic, and black pepper.
2. Add the pork slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
