Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add lamb chops to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

  4. 4. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
