Main Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a food processor, combine shrimp, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Process until smooth.
2. Form the mixture into small balls using your hands.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
