Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 packet Chili Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups Water
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
2. Add the onions, celery, and green bell pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the chili seasoning mix, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and pinto beans.
4. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
