- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Zucchini medium-sized, sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
4. Add the sliced zucchini, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the zucchini is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
