Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Zucchini, grated
- 1 cup Crab meat
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
