Ingredients

  • 2 cups Zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
