Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 12 sheets Spring roll wrappers
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture near one corner of the wrapper. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Lightly brush the spring rolls with a bit of oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
