- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 2 pcs Carrots sliced
- 1 pcs Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
