  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced
  • 1 piece Lettuce leaf

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
