Cream of Broccoli Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the chopped broccoli and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until broccoli is tender.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
