Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 bunch Green onions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Mixed seafood shrimp, squid, clams, etc.
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, eggs, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Add green onions and mixed seafood to the batter. Stir to combine.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
