  • 12 pieces Oysters shucked
  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place shucked oysters on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the butter mixture over each oyster.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately.
