Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Oysters shucked
- ½ cup Butter unsalted
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place shucked oysters on a baking sheet.
Spoon the butter mixture over each oyster.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
