Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A classic Reuben sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread.

- 4 slices Rye bread
- ½ lb Corned beef thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- ¼ cup Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread Russian dressing.
3. Layer with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwiches until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
