Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- 1 cup Green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes adjust to taste
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat until fully cooked.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, bringing the mixture to a boil.
4. Add the carrots, celery, corn, and green beans to the pot. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
