Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef thinly sliced
  • 1 head Red Cabbage shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Fresh Herbs such as cilantro or mint, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage and fresh herbs.
  6. 6. Serve the beef mixture over the cabbage and herb mixture.
